At last week’s meeting, District Governor Steve Meadley was our special guest.

Steve provided Sunrisers with an overview of Rotary International President Shekhar Metha’s goals which include Polio eradication, increasing Club Membership and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

He also provided an overview of his priorities which include Water First -for clean drinking water for Indigenous communities project and Rotary Foundation.

A cheque presentation for 10K was made from Sunrisers winning the Rewind 103.9 Doyle Dodge 100 years in your Community Contest and from a generous matching donation from the Lougheed Foundation.
