Verdicchio Ristorante was the backdrop for last Thursday's Rotary meeting. Rotarians enjoyed a delicious breakfast and took part in a master class demonstration by Mark Gregorini on how to prepare the perfect Risotto. Mark who is the operating manager of Verdicchio Ristorante and Enoteca holds a Masters in regional Italian cooking from the Italcook slow food University in Jesi, Italy and a Masters of Italian wine from the North American Sommelier Association, Mark is also the wine cellar manager at Verdicchio which has received 3 successful awards of excellence for having one of the best wine cellars in the world (all Italian of course). A big thank you to Mark and Verdicchio Ristorante for hosting Sunrisers!
