The Membership Committee would like to identify if there is a need or desire to create a Passport (E-Club) for the District.
It has come to our attention that this model might work for:
- Those who are not able to continue with their Club due to changes in work or housing location, meeting time, etc.,
- Potential new members who may not live in an area with a Club or are not able to meet at the day or time the Club meets in their community, or
- Past members who still have ‘blue in their veins’ but are not able to commit to the full community-based Club’s schedule.
The focus of the Club would be to:
- Work in partnership with District Committees and local Clubs on District-wide projects
- Work on International projects through collaborations with both the District and local Clubs
The Club could meet twice a month by Zoom at a suitable time that works for the membership. The Club could meet in person on appropriate occasions.
All members will be encouraged to support a local Club with service projects and fundraisers.
To create a new Club, we would require ten (10) members to become a provisional Club, with a minimum of 20 to Charter (preferrable 25 members)
Please fill out the form below if you would like further information.
Also, please send this out to past members who may be interested in such a Club.
